The Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association (The Art Center) celebrates Art & Adventure in the Spring and Fall with opportunities for our artists to come together and capture our area's incredible beauty in Plein Aire!
The Spring Plein Aire Festival brings together the excitement of Fannin County's Annual Blue Ridge Adventure Race along with the beauty of our mountain spring. Join us as we welcome spring in the mountains. In 2012, we are painting three days instead of only two. Our artists wanted more time!
The Fall Plein Aire Festival in September offers three days of art and adventure in the North Georgia Mountains. Enjoy the music of the Blues & BBQ Festival, while you paint. Join us as part of International Plein Aire Painters' 10th WORLDWIDE Artist Paint Out!
International Plein Air Painters (IPAP) is a blanket
organization created for the sole purpose of advancing the execution and enjoyment of plein air painting without the restrictions and limitations of borders or regions.

We have adventures in art everyday in the North Georgia Mountains. Blue Ridge, Georgia, is an Art Town with artists, art events, art galleries and an art soul. The Galleries on West Main inside The Art Center has the largest number of artworks on display anywhere in the mountains of Georgia.
